Like a pair of jeans, T-shirt is the go-to item of a man’s wardrobe. Of course, when it comes to T-shirts, what’s IN changes on a regular basis. Fall and winter are all about layering. And during these last few days I kept seeing guys wearing a combination of one t-shirt over the other. A new trend, maybe? If so, I like it!

Tak ako rifle, tričká sú základnou výbavou mužského šatníka. A možno sa to nezdá, no aj tričká podliehajú módnym trendom. Jeseň a zima sú najmä o vrstvení oblečenia. A v posledných dňoch akosi častejšie vídam chlapov nosiť na sebe dve tričká naraz. Žeby nový trend? Ak áno, tak sa mi páči!

I guess you wonder why is Hayden Panettiere in this category. I just think there is too much red going on but mainly she doesn't look her age. The dress is beautiful. Yes. But I would go for less obvious makeup and maybe soft loose waves. I don't think there is anything wrong with looking young and still glamorous.

PS1: I think Hayden and Kathy Griffin should switch their dresses. PS2: Never ever wear a towel on the red carpet! Doesn't matter whose face is pictured on it.

This Fall, it looks like thigh high boots are the key element to any successful outfit. Fierce, sexy and sassy. They add an unexpected twist to any look. Pair them with dresses, slim jeans, tunic sweaters or elegant coats. Try to balance out their quite obvious sex appeal though. First, this is not a movie set and second, Richard Gere is already taken:)

Tak to vyzerá, že túto jeseň sú kľúčom k úspechu vysoké čižmy nad kolená. Pôsobia sexy, drzo, nebojácne. Noste k nim krátke šaty, úzke rifle, voľné dlhé svetre či elegantné kabáty. Oblečenie však vyberajte vždy tak, aby ste vyvážili toľko zjavný sexepíl týchto čižiem. Po prvé, toto nie je film a po druhé, Richard Gere je už zadaný:)

As I've mentioned on my Twitter (mychicintuition), I am spending a lot of time at Toronto Film Festival these days. As you probably know sometimes pictures can not capture the exact reality. Real feelings, goosebumps.. My favourite red carpet was Drew Barrymore so far and her Alexander McQueen yellow dress and Casadei peep-toes. I am staring at pictures -mine and Just Jared ones - and honestly, it doesn't feel the same. She was a real deal. She looked beautiful and glowing. I am thinking how exciting has to be to sit at the real fashion show. Feel it. Breathe it in. I am planning to attend Toronto Fashion Week in October so I guess we'll see.

Ako som už spomínala na mojom Twitteri (mychicintuition), počas týchto dní trávim veľa času na Torontskom filmovom festivale. Asi poznáte ten pocit, keď foťák nedokáže zachytiť úplne všetko. Pocity. Zimomriavky... Môj najobľúbenejší červený koberec patrí Drew Barrymore a jej žltým šatám od Alexandra McQueena a Casadei topánočkám. Ako tak hľadím na moje a Just Jared fotografie, nie je to ten dokonalý pocit ako naživo. Poviem vám, tie šaty boli šité na ňu. Drew v nich prosto žiarila. A tak premýšľam, aké musí byť úžasné sedieť na veľkej módnej prehliadke. Byť priamo tam. Cítiť to. Dýchať to. Uvidíme v októbri. Na mojom prvom Toronto Fashion Weeku.

Flashback in the City

So I guess you've heard. Sex and the City 2 is set to hit theatres May 28, 2010. And will feature some sort of flashback, giving us a chance to look back in time to when the girls first became friends. I assume it will be a lot of fun! Almost like wearing a ponytail on the side of your head and singing the rap to the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Sweet 80's. PS: I finally understand what "having a bad hair day" really means;)

Predpokladám, že ste už počuli. Sex v meste sa vracia do kín 28. mája 2010. A je zrejmé, že nám prinesie pohľad späť do čias, keď sa naše milé Carrie, Miranda, Charlotte a Samantha spoznali. O zábavu bude určite postarané. Tak, ako bolo v 80.rokoch zábavné nosiť cop na boku hlavy a rapovať do rytmu Fresh Princa z Bel Air. PS: Konečne som pochopila význam slovného spojenia "having a bad hair day";)

Obdivujem každého, kto sa nebojí "módne" zariskovať. Celia je nezávislá módna redaktorka, ktorá miluje nosiť spodnú bielizeň. Iba spodnú bielizeň. Waw.

Go big or go home

Bold shoulders are back in a big way – literally. And I love the idea because I hardly have any shoulders. They can come in all shapes and sizes – as long as they are padded. The trick to tackling the trend is perfecting proportion. The best thing about the look is that fullness at the top gives the illusion of a tiny waist. And one more thing: they are excellent for crowd surfing;)

Veľké, výrazné plecia sú späť. Vrátili sa v veľkom štýle. Doslova. Ja osobne som nadšená, pretože ledva nejaké plecia mám. Čo sa týka veľkosti, sama si zvoľte tú správnu. Nezabudnite ale na vypchávky. Trikom na správne nosenie je zachovanie proporcií zvyšného outfitu. Dobrá správa je, že plnosť v okolí pliec dodá ilúziu tenšieho pása. A ešte niečo: široké plecia sú skvelou výzbrojou pri prebíjaní sa davom;)
